What We’ve Been Doing
Colleen Litsey has a passion for the Lord and an undying love for people. She is devoted to changing lives through the word of God and leading by example.
She started her life in the ministry in 1979. God has led and carried out many accomplishments in Colleen’s journey. She has traveled to Belize, Central America, the Dominican Republic, and Israel preaching, teaching, and feeding souls, physically and spiritually.
In 1997 with great vision and a word from the Lord, Colleen founded Victorious Women Fellowship, now Anchor of Hope. Through conferences, retreats, and domestic support groups, Colleen has strengthened many lives and encouraged the heart of the home.
From 2015 to the present, she ministers weekly Bible classes to the women in the Okmulgee County Jail in Okmulgee OK. Upon the woman’s release, she helps with clothes, food, and hygiene products.
From 2017 through 2019 she served as a volunteer Assistant Chaplin each week assisting female inmates at the Eddie Warrior Correctional Center in Taft, OK. She continues to go into their facility with her ministry team every month, bringing church services to women who need the hope that is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Colleen has pioneered and pastored four churches with her husband, Dale Litsey. In addition to starting work in jails, prisons, and homeless shelters, she also works extensively in women’s ministry providing Bible-based guidance and mentorship to women of all ages.
Colleen attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002 and 2003, to further her education in ministry studies. She is co-pastor of Jubilee Christian Center in Okmulgee, Oklahoma with her husband Dale Litsey. They are celebrating their 25th anniversary with Jubilee this year! Jubilee Christian Center hosts the Anchor of Hope annual women’s conference each fall. The conference continues to grow each year as women hear about how lives are restored through these awesome services.
Colleen is also a published author. Her prayer book “Praying God’s Word for Your Children” is a spiritual prayer guide designed to help parents release faith through their words using scripture.
